Cartcraft Discoveries tries to make shipping process easy for you. At the moment, there is a free standard shipping policy for all orders shipped in the USA.
Order Processing
In case you have successfully made your order, allow 1–3 working days to process it before it can be shipped.
Processing an order includes payment check, order approval, packing and preparing of your item, and shipping it with our carrier.
Orders will be processed only on working days from Monday till Friday.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Currently, we ship orders only in the USA.
After your order has been shipped, the standard delivery time will take 2–6 working days.
Considering processing and delivery time, the overall delivery period can be estimated at 3–9 working days after you have placed your order.
This estimate is just to give you an idea, because actual delivery time may vary depending on delivery destination.
Free Shipping
We provide free shipping for all orders in the United States.
Eligible orders will not be charged any standard shipping fee at the checkout process.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via your shipping confirmation email once your shipment has tracking information available.
You can track your package using the information that has been sent to you.
Delivery Delay
